We do not use VPN traffic data to create user profiles or advertising profiles.

We do not sell VPN traffic information or disclose it to third parties for advertising, profiling, or other unrelated purposes.

3. How We Use Information

Information processed by VPN CIRCLE may be used only as necessary to:

● maintain the security and reliability of the Service;

5. Analytics and Advertising

VPN CIRCLE uses Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) to display advertisements within the application.

AdMob may process certain technical and advertising-related information, such as device information, IP address, advertising identifiers, and information related to interactions with advertisements, in accordance with Google's applicable policies and the user's device and consent settings.

We do not provide AdMob or other advertisers with users' VPN browsing history, the websites they visit through the VPN, the content of their VPN traffic, or DNS query history for advertising purposes.

We do not use VPN traffic information to create advertising profiles or to determine which websites, applications, or online services a user accesses through the VPN.

Where required by applicable law, appropriate consent mechanisms are provided for personalized advertising and the processing of advertising-related information.

6. Data Retention

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, maintain security, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Information submitted through customer support may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to resolve the request and maintain appropriate support records, after which it will be deleted or anonymized where appropriate.
